But in the production, the bearing is inevitable to have various problems, the temperature rise is one of the common faults, today we will say the cause of this problem.

Before we can understand the cause of the failure, it is necessary for us to familiarize ourselves with the installation position of the bearing. Two pairs of bearings are installed on the jaw crusher.

A pair of bearings is mounted between the frame and the eccentric shaft, commonly referred to as a frame bearing, which supports the eccentric shaft as a rotary moving.

Another pair of bearing is installed between the movable jaw and the eccentric shaft, commonly referred to as movable jaw bearing. The supporting jaw is oscillating while the eccentric shaft rotates, so as to realize the movable jaw plate to approach and away from the fixed jaw plate periodically.

Two pairs of bearings transfer the crushing material load during the operation of the crusher to the frame, which is one of the important components of the crusher.

1.Now let's analyze the causes of abnormal temperature rise of jaw broken bearings.

Once the bearing is worn,the inner ring, the outer ring, the rolling body size will be changed, the bearing matching clearance is increased, the running precision is reduced, the temperature of the bearing is increased, the vibration is increased, the noise is increased, the heating and vibration are aggravated when the bearing is serious, The bearing burns and even causes the bending of the shaft.

2.The quality of the bearing is poor and the original clearance is small.

If the clearance of the bearing does not reach the specified value, it will lead to the small clearance after installation, which will cause the bearing to heat up and the temperature will rise gradually.

3.The axial positioning of the bearing is incorrect

Once there is a problem in the axial positioning of the bearing, the labyrinth ring or bearing cover is not installed in place, and the eccentric shaft moves to one side during operation, thus reducing the clearance of the bearing and causing the bearing to heat up.

4.The machining error of movable jaw bearing hole is large.

The machining error of the bearing hole is large leads to the clearance is reduced, and the bearing is heated.

5.Problems in main shaft mining

The coaxiality error of the is too large on the main shaft two sides which exceeds the allowable value of the design, so that the coaxiality error of the inner ring of the bearing at both ends is too large, resulting in smaller clearance and heating of the bearing.

6.Axial movement of fastening bushing

At this time, the bearing cover on the rack should be removed, the bushing should be tightly locked and the flywheel or grooving wheel should be removed, and the new fastening bushing should be replaced.

7.The oil hole is blocked, the bearing oil is in short, less or too much oil

These results in bearing temperature raise. In particular when that amount of oil is too large to reach or exceed the lowest one of the ball, the non-conforming lubricating oil, and has too much heat in the continuous agitation. Since the heat dissipation area of the shell is insufficient, the heat can not be dissipated in time, and can not be balanced in the required temperature, so that the bearing temperature is high. During the operation of the equipment, read the instructions carefully and make a quantitative refuel on time according to the instructions.

8.The processing precision of the part can't meet the requirement

The processing precision of the equipment parts can not meet the requirements, especially the bearing seat, is also a important factor.

The machining of bearing seat hole should ensure that the tolerance, roughness and cylinder of the hole meet the requirements. Too small hole gap leads to too small bearing clearance, too large lead to loosening, these two cases will cause bearing heating.

9.Improper selection of lubricating oil

Bearing lubricant shall be selected according to bearing operating temperature, speed index, load characteristics and lubrication mode. Improper selection of lubricant, too low viscosity, difficult to form oil film, will make the heat generated during bearing operation cannot be taken away, causing bearing heat. Excessive viscosity increases the internal friction between the lubricating oil molecules and also increases the friction between lubricating oil and metal.

10.Non-bearing temperature rise

The movable jaw seal and cover friction will cause heat, or the bearing seat rotate with the main shaft, will be considered to be abnormal temperature rise of the bearing. At this time, the end cover and sealing sleeve of jaw crusher should be replaced, or the upper bearing cover at the heating end of the rack bearing seat should be loosened. The fuse and the cover should be pressed into the rack bearing slot together, and then the bearing cover should be fixed to eliminate the rotation of the cover.
